Hello dear creator! I hope you have a fun time creating my gift ;w;
Generally what I like is:
- longfic (!!!)
- slow burn (especially friendship to romance feelings... or stranger to friendship to romance feelings)
- slow burn with pining and sex
- accidental physical closeness (stuck in a small space together, sharing a bed, etc.)
- happy endings

Generally I dislike:
- character or relationship hate implicated by author/artist (of course this doesn't mean a character has to have had feelings for everyone, but silly little things when characters are like "lol imagine us in a relationship how ridiculous" feeling more meta than important to the story are annoying)

- deep-seated angst - conflicts are okay, but things that delve into super deep and dark mental aspects are upsetting and mildly triggering

- jealousy and misunderstandings related to jealousy

- seme/uke relationships implied by characteristics (but I do have certain penetrative preferences that I will note later)
- abusive relationships (past/present/plot device, anything)

- in regards to homophobia, I'm definitely fine with it being addressed as a societal thing & societal implications, especially within Japan. However as a personal preference I dislike it when Coming Out /Addressing Homosexuality is pivotal within a story, especially between two non-heterosexual characters

AUs I'm weak to:

My big one... my ot3... and everything I love within it... (Oikawa and Hinata are two of my favorite characters and I usually say it's hard to pick a favorite.)
Oikagehina has been my ot3 since November and tbh it hasn't changed. I really like all of these permutations separately but together I just feel like. Hinata would constantly impress Kageyama and Oikawa in his own Hinata way (Hinata was my first favorite character) but then Oikawa and Kageyama would react so differently... Kageyama and Hinata wouldn't take Oikawa seriously or take him really seriously a lot of the time that it's hard for Oikawa to try to impress them or just. Really make an impression on them when both Kageyama and Hinata are ambitious and more rival-induced than otherwise. And then Oikawa and Hinata are both so outspoken and more effortlessly enthusiastic I guess that it brightens Kageyama up, a little.
I DON'T KNOW I just... really like oikagehina a lot... even just Kagehina (which is my otp) with lots of Oikawa is good... o3o
Speaking of, I adore kagehina so much!! They will always be my Haikyuu!! otp, despite all the random and weird poly rareships I ship. I... don't have any prompts tbh I'm happy with anything Kagehina ESPECIALLY LONG AND SLOW BURN... POSSIBLY WITH PORN... IN FUTURE UNI FIC... THE IDEAL... CLUTCHES CHEST
But yeah I just like it when they're just being ridiculous and so obviously pining for each other and still being rivals and having silly fights that really don't amount to much and like. Iwaizumi/Ennoshita is so... lies down on the ground. I also?? want longfic of th but yeAH mostly established domestic stuff and fluff. All of my headcanons of them always involve them walking to school together. They walk to school together a lot (although idk where either of them live of course so maybe Ennoshita drops off Iwaizumi at Seijou or vice versa.) I just want cute cuddles and kisses and maybe slow sex if you're up for it they're not even like. Disgustingly romantic they're just so casual and cute about it people are kind of baffled but also. OKAY like... Asahi/Daichi is my otp for both of them. I just. I guess love how timid Asahi is in general and his crush on Daichi would be so cute... he would be even more awkward and flustered and Daichi would be like, tf man. I would imagine Daichi would either be a little more oblivious to his feelings for Asahi, or he would think that Asahi's behavior around him is the same as everyone else so he doesn't think that Asahi would like him back (is it obvious how much I like pining) and them just being awkward and fumbly together in their own way... idk the confrontation would be so ??? they would have to redo it a billion times LOL I just... really love asadai....
But but Asahi/Daichi/Sugawara IS MY OTHER BIG OT3 because they definitely bring out all their best sides of each other, together. tbh I hate the Daisuga "parent" trope for a multitude of reasons and also I don't really think they're parental?? if anything they're just. Usually on the same side and frequently Asahi would be more sympathetic and open while Daichi and Suga are stubborn. But Asahi would get to them. I also just really like their dynamic in general and tbh what I said about Asadai up there ^ paired with Suga's overinvestment with everything (plus how fucking analytical he is, and caring about his Own like he tends to be) is just so... so great... perfect...
For both of these I don't really have any preferences to penetration in particular and don't really want it to be a big deal? yeah...
i LOVE BOKUTO/KUROO... especially semi-sexual (but not super sex-heavy) I dislike the "brotp" because they are full homotp for me. Don't get me wrong they're still like. Akaashi/Iwaizumi... I like them looking like they're gentle with each other at first but then when they really get into it they're both playful and rough with each other. I mean as a general relationship thing I like it when characters try to figure out how they fit with the other and with these four it would be especially interesting, exploring all their dynamics in twos and threes and the four. seeing as I babbled about Kageyama/Hinata and Yamaguchi/Tsukishima already, just.. imagine them colliding into one big giant. Thing.
